Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location: Mountain View Post Acute

Job Duties:

  • Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapy interventions and exercises to residents.
  • Monitor, document, and report resident progress to the Physical Therapist.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
  • Educate residents and families on proper use of equipment and at-home exercises.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments provided.

Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with residents in a post-acute care setting.
