Napa Post Acute is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team on the NOC (night) shift.

Position Details:

• Shift: NOC / Night Shift

• Pay: Starting at $45/hour (based on experience)

• Location: Napa, CA

• Setting: Skilled Nursing / Post-Acute Care

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes

• Collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, and interdisciplinary team

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:

• Active California RN license in good standing

• Strong clinical and assessment skills

• Long-term care or post-acute experience preferred

• Ability to work independently during night shift
