RN Supervisor/Charge Nurse – Redwood Cove Healthcare Center

Pay: From $49/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
Schedule: Part Time
Redwood Cove Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and confident RN Supervisor/Charge Nurse to help lead our nursing team. If you’re passionate about supporting residents, mentoring staff, and ensuring exceptional clinical care, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Provide leadership and clinical oversight to nursing staff during your shift
Ensure resident care is delivered safely and according to care plans
Support team members with guidance, coaching, and problem-solving
Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance
Respond to emergencies and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
What We’re Looking For
Active California RN license
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills
