Registered Nurse (RN)

Lincoln Meadows Care Center - 1550 Third St, Lincoln, CA 95648

Position: Full-Time - AM and PM Shifts available
Pay: $45–$50/hour DOE

Lincoln Meadows Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys clinical leadership, hands-on resident care, and working in a collaborative environment focused on quality outcomes and regulatory excellence.






Position Overview

As an RN at Lincoln Meadows Care Center, you will supervise day-to-day nursing operations during your shift while ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality resident care. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support clinical excellence and a positive work environment.






Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing activities during assigned shifts

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations

  • Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight as needed

  • Support admissions, transfers, and discharges

  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly

  • Oversee medication administration and treatment services

  • Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families on care planning

  • Support staff development, mentoring, and shift leadership

  • Participate in quality assurance, infection control, and safety initiatives

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting






Qualifications
  • Current, active, and unencumbered RN license in the state

  • Current CPR certification

  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred

  • Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices

  • Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
