  • Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs to provide optimal care and advice.

  • Observe and interpret patients' symptoms, communicating findings to physicians.

  • Collaborate with physicians and fellow nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.

  • Perform routine procedures, including blood pressure measurements and administering injections, and maintain accurate patient charts.
