Our facility takes pride in providing high-quality care with a supportive and collaborative environment for both residents and staff.

Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift (Flexible 12-hour shifts available)
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience + bonuses
Location: Dublin Post Acute Care, Dublin, OH

• Provide and oversee quality nursing care to residents in accordance with facility standards and state regulations

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time

• Supervise STNAs and LPNs to ensure compassionate, efficient care delivery

• Document resident care, observations, and physician orders thoroughly

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote resident health and wellbeing

• Educate residents and families on care plans and health goals

• Current Ohio RN license in good standing

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
