🗣️ SLP Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

  • Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and progress

  • Educate residents, families, and staff as appropriate

  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license

  • Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred

  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
