What you’ll do
- Evaluate and treat residents based on physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Develop goal-driven treatment programs, track progress, and adjust as clinically indicated.
- Document evaluations, daily notes, weekly progress, and recertification per state practice act and payer requirements.
- Participate in care conferences and in‑service education; partner closely with families and staff.
- Supervise SLPAs in direct care and patient‑related activities in alignment with state regulations.
What you’ll bring
- Master’s (or doctoral) degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
- Current CA SLP license in good standing.
- Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and a resident‑first mindset.

The essential functions of this position require the following physical abilities: Standing and /or walking very frequently. Sitting occasionally. Reaching with hands and arms frequently, pushing/pulling very frequently. Talking and /or hearing very frequently. Tasting and /or smelling very frequently. Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and or excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or excess of 20 pounds of force constant to move objects. Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling occasionally. Close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception in vision: ability to adjust focus.
