What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate, plan, and implement speech and language therapy programs for residents

  • Help residents improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive skills

  • Encourage, motivate, and celebrate progress—big or small!

  • Collaborate with our therapy team, nursing staff, and families

  • Make therapy fun, engaging, and tailored to each resident’s needs

  • Licensed/Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

  • Compassionate, patient, and upbeat—your energy inspires residents

  • Experience in geriatrics or rehab is a plus, but empathy and creativity are key
