Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. We are a resident-centered skilled nursing facility focused on high-quality care, teamwork, and positive patient outcomes. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about helping patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will:
Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team
Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes accurately
Educate residents, families, and staff as appropriate
Promote safe swallowing practices and effective communication strategies
Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
