Job Description

Provide skilled physical therapy services to our awesome residents
Create and carry out personalized treatment plans
Help residents improve mobility, balance, strength, and overall quality of life
Collaborate with a friendly interdisciplinary team (we actually like each other!)
Document progress clearly and efficiently
💪 What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric setting is a plus (but not required)
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a heart for older adults
Ability to jump in and help when needed—PRN style!
