Key Responsibilities

As Digital Programs Marketing Specialist, you'll wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment:

  • Localize Global Campaigns: Weekly syncs with Global Performance Marketing and Brand to adapt messaging, targeting, and languages for EMEA. Monitor performance, surface insights, and shift budgets based on regional signals like GDPR events or local holidays.
  • Launch Regional Programs: Plan EMEA-specific campaigns across paid search, social (LinkedIn, Meta), display, landing pages, email nurtures. Host in-language webinars for UK, France, Germany, Spain on topics like incident management compliance.
  • Website Optimization: Collaborate with Global Web teams to enrich PD sites with local content—blogs, webpages, assets—for better SEO, reach, and relevance in local searches.
  • Direct Mail Mastery: Manage vendors for targeted direct mail that integrates with GTM plans. Test and scale top performers for EMEA markets.
  • Performance Analytics: Design A/B tests (creatives, copy, offers), track CTR/CVR/CPL/MQLs/SQLs/pipeline influence. Deliver data-driven recs to boost lead-to-revenue conversion. Ensure seamless Marketo-Salesforce attribution.
  • Cross-Functional Impact: Partner with Content, Creative, Field Marketing, Sales. Align country teams on key accounts and events for maximum ROI.
