Key Responsibilities

  • Partner deeply with Sales leadership, Account Executives (AEs), and SDRs/BDRs to align on territory priorities, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plays, routes-to-market, and field enablement; conduct weekly pipeline health reviews to drive funnel conversion improvements.
  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns tailored to regional audiences and industries, including digital advertising, events, partner co-marketing, ABM, and customer marketing; rigorously measure impact and iterate based on performance data.
  • Orchestrate comprehensive regional event strategy, encompassing third-party conferences, field events, executive briefings, and hands-on workshops; travel onsite throughout APAC to lead execution and represent PagerDuty as a thought leader.
  • Collaborate across PagerDuty's global matrix with US and EMEA teams in Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Content, Brand, Web, and Marketing Operations to ensure messaging consistency, asset localization, and seamless end-to-end campaign alignment.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and third-party vendors with strict ROI discipline; deliver transparent reporting on performance, pipeline contribution, and forecast accuracy to Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Develop and activate strategic partner marketing initiatives with cloud providers, technology allies, and channel partners to expand market reach and accelerate pipeline generation in ANZ, Singapore, and high-potential emerging Asia markets.
  • Conduct regular analysis of marketing performance using tools like Marketo and Salesforce to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships to support sales teams with timely enablement materials, localized content, and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications
