(NYSE: PD), a global leader in digital operations management, is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel with deep expertise in privacy law, data protection, marketing, and advertising to join our dynamic Legal team in San Francisco. Trusted by nearly half of the Fortune 500, two-thirds of the Fortune 100, and leading AI companies, PagerDuty powers always-on digital experiences for modern enterprises.
As Senior Corporate Counsel, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our global privacy program while supporting revenue growth through strategic legal counsel on customer deals and marketing initiatives. This hybrid role requires 2 days per week in our San Francisco office, offering the perfect balance of collaboration and flexibility in an award-winning workplace.

Key focus areas include GDPR, CCPA/CPRA compliance, data processing agreements (DPAs), privacy by design, marketing compliance, and emerging regulations. You'll partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, Sales, and Marketing teams to embed privacy into PagerDuty's operations.
To succeed as Senior Corporate Counsel at PagerDuty, you'll need:
Salary Range: $220,000 - $320,000 base (depending on experience), plus performance bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
