Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

To succeed in this senior-level role, candidates must demonstrate:

  • 10+ years of relevant legal experience with expertise in security, privacy, IP, commercial contracts, litigation, AI, or regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record advising product lifecycles on multifaceted legal issues.
  • Active U.S. state bar admission in good standing.
