  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Business Analysts and Integration Analysts, establishing norms for collaboration, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on configuration of Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Talent, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Benefits using business process framework, calculated fields, EIBs, and reporting.
  • Govern Workday changes via intake, prioritization, design reviews, test plans, UAT, and production cutovers; act as SME for features and bi-annual releases.
  • Manage security model and access controls, ensuring SOX, GDPR, and privacy compliance with full audit documentation.
  • Direct integrations portfolio, including architecture, monitoring, error handling, and vendor management for people systems.
  • Champion data quality, reconciliation, master-data stewardship, and SLAs for issue resolution.
  • Partner cross-functionally to enable business decisions and exceptional employee experiences through reliable HR tech.
  • Drive process improvements and optimization opportunities as PagerDuty grows rapidly.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all Workday customizations, integrations, and business use cases.

Qualifications
