PagerDuty seeks a Sr. Manager, People Applications (HRIS) to own their Workday ecosystem in Toronto. This senior leadership role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution across HCM, integrations, and compliance.

You'll drive Workday strategy across HCM modules while building a high-performing analyst team. This hybrid role requires 2+ days weekly in our Toronto office to foster collaboration and innovation.
Key focus areas include roadmap development, system optimization, integrations, data governance, and cross-functional partnerships with People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Legal.
