Key Responsibilities at Lululemon

As an Educator, you'll be at the heart of our guest-centric operations. Here are the core duties that define success in this role:

• Deliver World-Class Guest Experiences: Interact dynamically with guests, valuing their time while assessing needs for personalized solutions.
• Provide Expert Product Education: Articulate the value of lululemon's technical fabrics and designs for yoga, running, and training.
• Execute Omnichannel Services: Handle buy online/pickup in store, ship-from-store, and phone sales seamlessly.
• Maintain Store Operations: Restock inventory, manage product presentation, and use in-store technology efficiently.
• Foster Team Collaboration: Build inclusive relationships and celebrate differences for a supportive environment.
• Ensure Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to policies, perform cleaning tasks, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
• Handle Feedback Proactively: Receive guest input and partner with leadership to resolve issues swiftly.
• Drive Sales Transactions: Conduct accurate, timely checkouts to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel as a lululemon Educator, bring these essential qualifications:

• Legal Work Authorization: Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US with proof of Right to Work.
• Flexible Schedule: Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and dynamic shifts.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable moving throughout the store, lifting 30 lbs, in an environment with bright lights and music.
• Key Skills: Strong guest service, collaboration, inclusion mindset, and enthusiasm for active lifestyles.
• Education (Asset): High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced retail setting.

Salary & Benefits

Earn competitively with our pay-for-performance model: Base pay $20.50-$23.59/hour + $2.00/hour target bonus, totaling $22.50-$25.59/hour.
