PepsiCo Foods Canada seeks Part-Time Warehouse Technicians for the Frito Lay Distribution Center in Nepean, Ontario. As a leading snack food company, PepsiCo builds success on its people. This role involves general warehouse duties, emphasizing efficiency, accuracy, cleanliness, safety, inventory management, and operating automated pick carts. Technicians build orders and load trucks, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.
Upload cardboard and return products from route trucks into inventory. Stack and bundle cardboards efficiently to maintain organized storage.
Pick customer orders, whether full cases via voice or scanner, or individual bags using the pre-pick module or cart. Ensure precision to meet delivery targets.
Load route trucks with products using roller carts or hand-bombing techniques, optimizing space and speed.
Perform general clean-up and sanitation duties, keeping the facility and grounds pristine. Work safely, utilizing proper lifting techniques, and attend regular team meetings.
To excel as a Part-Time Warehouse Technician at PepsiCo, candidates must be able to work independently and in teams, handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Physical capability to lift 50 lbs is essential. Forklift experience is required, and a valid Class G driver’s license with a clean record is a plus.
