The Payroll Operations Analyst position at PepsiCo in San Nicolas de los Garza, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, plays a critical role in executing US portfolio services for payroll using the Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process. This full-time role ensures seamless service delivery and SLA fulfillment while managing payroll data for approximately 18,000 sales employees. You'll handle route assignments, changes, terminations, audits, and validations using advanced tools like Sales WFM+, Employee Central (EC), and SAP. Collaboration with cross-functional teams on initiatives like Route Reengineering is key, alongside documenting process updates for technology enhancements and new controls.
Lead the execution and monitoring of route assignment, changes, and termination requests to maintain payroll accuracy across a large sales workforce.
Conduct thorough audits and reviews to verify route information, employee status, positions, and assignments, ensuring data integrity in multiple systems.
Partner with HR, sales operations, and other teams on special projects, including Route Reengineering, to support business initiatives.
Work proficiently with Sales WFM+, EC, and SAP for data analysis and validation. Document all process updates triggered by tech improvements, internal projects, or new controls.
Leverage the Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process to guarantee timely payroll services and meet service level agreements.

Advanced Excel proficiency—including data validation, formulas, pivots, and lookups—is essential for handling large datasets across systems.
