The PCM Analyst (Planejamento e Controle de Manutenção) at PepsiCo's Feira de Santana, Bahia plant plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence. This position involves planning, scheduling, and controlling maintenance activities for machines, equipment, and facilities. By guaranteeing asset availability, reliability, and safety, you'll minimize unplanned downtime, optimize costs, and support seamless production. As a strategic contributor to asset management, your work directly impacts efficiency and business continuity in our dynamic food and beverage operations.
Elaborate and update preventive and predictive maintenance plans for all plant equipment. Schedule corrective maintenance in sync with production timelines to reduce operational disruptions.
Create and manage service orders in GMAO/ERP systems like SAP, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources efficiently. Oversee execution, tracking deadlines, labor, materials, and tools.
Track and analyze key performance indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, and plan compliance rates. Generate technical reports and present insights to maintenance leadership for continuous improvement.
Partner with production, engineering, procurement, and safety teams to align priorities and cut failures. Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and cost-reduction efforts.
Participate in failure analysis and root cause investigations to prevent recurrence. Manage spare parts stock with purchasing and logistics for optimal availability and accuracy.
We seek candidates with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Electrical Engineering, or related fields like Operations-focused Administration. Prior experience in PCM, maintenance planning, or similar industrial roles is essential. Key technical skills include proficiency in CMMS like SAP, knowledge of preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance, order management, and analytical prowess for KPIs. Advanced Excel is required; Power BI is a plus. Behavioral traits: organization, detail-oriented prioritization, strong communication, teamwork, proactivity, strategic thinking, and results-driven mindset.
