Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is looking for a proactive and exceptionally organized individual to join our Equity team as our Senior Stock Plan Administrator. This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient administration of the company’s global stock plans, working as a key collaborative partner to various internal teams. The ideal candidate is an intellectually curious problem-solver who combines strong technical skills with excellent communication. We are looking for someone who demonstrates an aptitude for mastering complex subjects, applies a meticulous level of accuracy, and is driven to find more efficient ways to achieve goals. This role will be reporting into our Senior Manager, Global Equity Administration.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Accurately and efficiently handle the day-to-day administration of Peloton’s stock plans globally, collaborating with internal departments including Compensation, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, People (HR), and Legal as well as external partners like our stock plan provider, broker, and transfer agent
  • Oversee the integrity and architecture of Peloton’s global equity administration platform (Shareworks), serving as the technical lead for equity data flows and cross-system integrations
  • Facilitate global equity payroll reporting, annual filings, and international tax compliance, understanding complex regulatory requirements to ensure accurate reporting and proactive risk mitigation
  • Build for scale by leveraging generative AI and automation tools to design repeatable systems and maintain meticulous documentation, constantly questioning the status quo to eliminate manual work and ensure processes remain robust as the company evolves
  • Assist in preparing high-level insights and predictive analytics for Executive audiences, delivering trusted modeling on burn rates, dilution, and granting scenarios
  • Effectively communicate with employees about equity compensation programs, providing clear and concise information. Support a comprehensive global education strategy, creating self-service resources and intuitive content that empowers participants to truly understand their equity and reduces manual support volume
  • Manage the full lifecycle of equity transactions (grants, releases, exercises) with absolute precision, serving as the final escalation point for complex edge cases and reconciliation discrepancies
  • Perform SOX control procedures and maintain meticulous document trails, proactively identifying control gaps and implementing solutions 

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in global stock administration with a global public company or stock plan provider
  • Proven experience working with Morgan Stanley Shareworks strongly preferred
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity, identify root causes of complex issues, and implement solutions
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and deadline-oriented, with the ability to complete tasks with high accuracy and minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, combining flexibility with a collaborative, team approach to work
  • Acute attention to detail and well-developed organization and time management skills
  • Strong work ethic, capable of working independently to proactively identify and solve problems
  • Mobile employee taxation knowledge is a plus
  • Completion of 1+ CEP test a plus

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position to be performed remotely from any Peloton office or facility, in any U.S. State and any location therein. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives.
