Role Overview

As People Business Partner at PepsiCo's Amreya Plant in Alex, Egypt, you'll be the HR backbone for plant operations.   • Implement communication policies for seamless information flow organization-wide.
  • Execute Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs compliant with PepsiCo standards and Egyptian laws, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Manage personnel administration, hiring, onboarding, salary payments, and performance feedback.
  • Coach objective-setting aligned with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for business outcomes.
  • Ensure effective labor relations to support business growth without constraints.
  • Champion PepsiCo values, facilitating a safe, productive work environment.
  • Support training, deliver Organization Health Survey (OHS) action plans, and act as employee relations SPOC.
  • Provide strategic coaching, develop people strategies, and drive change leadership.
  • Analyze capability gaps, leverage CoEs, and build manager capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

To thrive, bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years as HR Business Partner or Generalist in manufacturing/food & beverage sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, C&B practices, and performance systems.
  • Proven skills in coaching, change management, employee relations, and data-driven HR analytics.
  • Excellent communication, Arabic/English bilingual preferred.
  • Ability to build trust, sense organizational needs, and drive values-based culture.

Preferred Experience

Background in plant/manufacturing HR, with exposure to pep+ sustainability initiatives, is highly valued.
