Key Responsibilities at Datadog

As a People Business Partner at Datadog, you'll be the frontline partner for employees and leaders, influencing all aspects of people operations in a fast-paced tech environment:

• Represent the global PBP team, advising on performance management, coaching, career pathing, and employee relations.
• Influence leadership on compensation, organizational development, training, culture, diversity & inclusion, and engagement.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to design programs enhancing the employee experience.
• Build and consult on People policies, guidelines, and scalable programs.
• Deliver data-driven analysis and consulting to drive HR decisions and best practices.
• Assess employee development needs and implement solutions aligned with Datadog's growth strategy.
• Handle complex global employee relations issues with best-practice implementations.
• Work across business functions with frontline and senior leadership in our cloud-native ecosystem.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Masterful project management, process design, detail-oriented flexibility.
• Deep knowledge of employee relations and global employment practices.
