  • Manage operations: Process contracts, respond to employee queries, maintain forms, and handle P&C invoices via Coupa.
  • Health & Safety coordination: Organize annual health checkups, select medical facilities, file results, and support medical leave applications.
  • Workers’ comp support: Gather incident data, prepare documentation, and coordinate with Health & Wellness and Payroll for work injuries.
  • Cross-border liaison: Bridge PTO inquiries between Korea H&W and Japan retail teams.
  • Ad hoc projects: Tackle tasks assigned by P&C Manager or Partner to drive business objectives.
