Your mission will be… 

• Supporting both the strategic communications and the strategic learning team 

• Assisting in planning and organizing of workforce development initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals and executed effectively 

• Participating in stakeholder management efforts by planning, organizing, and implementing workshops, meetings, and other key appointments 

• Collaborating with internal and external experts to support upskilling and reskilling initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals 

• Helping to develop the communication strategy and execution on upskilling and reskilling measures 

• Collaborating with experts to create impactful communications on IT initiatives and trainings 

• Developing and distributing engaging content across multiple channels (e.g. Newsletter, articles, learning, …) 

We are looking for someone with…

• A Master’s degree (in progress or completed) in business administration, information systems, business psychology, human resources, digital marketing management, communications, or a related field. 

• High passion, positive energy, drive, and a can-do attitude. 

• Strong communication and content creation skills, including writing, editing, and proficiency in digital media. 

• Project management and stakeholder relationship skills to coordinate with various teams and align communications with organizational goals. 

• A self-organized and proactive team player with a growth mindset and strong organizational and communication skills (in English). 

• Someone who enjoys staying up to date with learning trends and the latest technology news/application use cases internally and externally. 

• Knowledge of German is a plus.
