The People Experience and Operations Assistant Analyst at PepsiCo in Assiut, Egypt, serves as the on-site HR Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for employees. • Activating the talent management agenda, including diversity, health, and wellness campaigns such as Women's Day events, health check sessions, and roadshows, with full vendor management.
• Organizing face-to-face rewards, recognition, and celebratory events to boost employee morale.
• Facilitating education on core processes like Performance Management Program (PMP) objectives setting, mass uploads, and performance review tools for employees and supervisors.
• Managing Organization Health Survey (OHS) communications via digital signage, tracking progress, and encouraging participation.
• Handling learning logistics: venue bookings, meeting room setups, catering, and delivering/tracking talent management, compliance, and ethics training sessions.
• Preparing for and managing site government inspections by maintaining legally required documentation, conducting periodic audits, updating health certificates, and responding to queries.

Operational Excellence

Beyond events, you'll ensure SLA adherence using global reporting tools, provide systems training, and drive process orientation for consistent service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements
