• Oversee HR operations for 3 manufacturing plants, managing services for shift workers under summarized time accounting.
• Spearhead cross-regional projects, including global HR platform rollouts, service automation, and electronic document workflow integration.
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality through accurate, timely HR data that supports business KPIs and metrics.
