What you will do

The People & Organization Business Partner at Brightly, A Siemens Company is a strategic position focused on aligning people strategies with business goals. As a People Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders, managers and business partners to drive people’s initiatives that align with the company’s strategic objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor on P&O-related matters, supporting key business units in our Noida Tech center in areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement. You will help drive a positive company culture, cultivate leadership development, and ensure that P&O processes and policies are delivered effectively across the global organization.

What you will do
  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders to align business priorities with people strategies, driving organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Talent Management: Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, development, and succession planning to ensure a solid pipeline of impactful talent.
  • Employee Relations & Performance: Advise on employee relations issues, lead compliance with policies, and support performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
  • Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives, handle transitions, and implement processes to enhance agility and effectiveness.
  • Culture & Engagement: Promote an inclusive culture through engagement initiatives, ensuring employees feel valued and motivated.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use talent assessments and analytics to guide decisions on workforce needs and key people-related issues.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure P&O practices follow local regulations while aligning with global P&O strategy.
  • Core P&O Functions: Oversee compensation reviews, diversity & inclusion programs, learning and development initiatives, and maintain consistency across regions.
What you need
  • Acts as a coach and consultant to managers, serving as a strategic partner and change agent beyond administrative P&O tasks.
  • Brings strong intuition for business, problem-solving ability, and relationship-building skills to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Requires 9+ years of HR experience, with shown success in matrixed and global environments.
  • Deep knowledge of HR procedures, employment law, and labour regulations.
  • Expertise in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, combined with strong organizational capability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Analytical attitude with experience using HR data and metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings, collaborating across global teams and time zones.
  • Experience in international HR operations and global-scale recruitment.
  • Fluent in English.
