Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll tackle hands-on projects that deliver measurable impact. Responsibilities include improving production efficiencies through process innovations, tracking critical KPIs like safety, line utilization, quality, and costs to spot trends and drive corrective actions. You'll oversee equipment reliability to minimize downtime, ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, and SSOPs. Additionally, build front-line team capabilities via training and communication, execute the Annual Operating Plan, and present your achievements to the Supply Chain Leadership team—showcasing your role in advancing PepsiCo's goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
