The Pepsi Beverages Supply Chain Co-op in Moncton, New Brunswick, is a 5-month onsite opportunity from May 2026 to September 2026. Based in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, you'll dive into supply chain operations, enhancing production efficiencies, innovating solutions, and supporting PepsiCo's journey to become a Faster, Stronger, and Better company. This co-op is perfect for second-year-plus students in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Sciences, offering real-world experience in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll tackle hands-on projects that deliver measurable impact. Responsibilities include improving production efficiencies through process innovations, tracking critical KPIs like safety, line utilization, quality, and costs to spot trends and drive corrective actions. You'll oversee equipment reliability to minimize downtime, ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, and SSOPs. Additionally, build front-line team capabilities via training and communication, execute the Annual Operating Plan, and present your achievements to the Supply Chain Leadership team—showcasing your role in advancing PepsiCo's goals.
To thrive in this PepsiCo Supply Chain Co-op, you need availability from May to September 2026 and enrollment in a relevant degree program such as Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Sciences (second-year students preferred).
