The PepsiCo Beverages 2026 Supply Chain Co-op is an 8-12 month onsite opportunity in Calgary, Alberta, running from May 2026 to December 2026. Based in a world-class manufacturing facility, you'll dive into supply chain operations, gaining critical skills in production efficiency, business innovation, and process optimization. Contribute to pep+ goals by driving sustainability in the plant, people, and planet. Showcase your impact through presentations to the Supply Chain Leadership team. In this co-op, you'll roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced environment. Core duties include improving production efficiencies, innovating solutions, and implementing process changes. Lead frontline teams by building capabilities through training, communication, and employee relations—especially in people-leadership sites. Apply operations knowledge for equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. Execute the Annual Operating Plan, achieving safety, utilization, and quality standards. Track KPIs and costs, anticipating trends to meet financial targets. Oversee compliance with Health & Safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, and SSOPs to ensure food safety. Minimize downtime and drive meaningful projects for a Faster, Stronger, Better PepsiCo.
