Role Overview

As a PepsiCo Beverages Fleet Mechanic in Calgary, Alberta, you will play a critical role in maintaining our world-class fleet of class 6/8 trucks and industrial equipment. This full-time position offers a Sunday to Thursday day shift (6:30 AM to 2:30 PM), providing stability and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will keep our fleet safe and operational:

• Performing scheduled preventative maintenance on trucks, forklifts, and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Utilizing industry-leading predictive diagnostic software to identify and eliminate potential vehicle breakdowns before they occur.
• Diagnosing complex mechanical failures and executing repairs or part replacements with precision.
• Responding promptly to local road calls or coordinating external service support as needed.
• Executing all tasks safely, productively, and independently, adhering to PepsiCo's outstanding safety standards.

Physical Demands

This role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, frequent standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, and working in multi-temperature environments. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and overtime ensures our fleet stays mission-ready.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
• HET / 310T Journeyperson certification (mandatory).
• Valid Driver's License in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with preventative maintenance on class 6/8 trucks and industrial equipment.
• Your own professional tool set.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
