Key Responsibilities

As a Full Time Electrician at PepsiCo Beverages, you'll play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence. Responsibilities include applying deep knowledge of processes, equipment, and system capabilities to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency standards. You'll ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, operate equipment safely per established procedures, and complete preventive maintenance (PMs) with accurate INFOR entries. Participation in line improvement meetings and projects is essential, along with maintaining equipment in optimal condition. You'll also adhere to quality standards, perform tasks as directed, and demonstrate a sense of urgency in a changing work environment.

Daily Impact

From troubleshooting high-speed packaging lines to executing LOTO procedures, your contributions will directly support PepsiCo's mission of reliable production and consumer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must hold a Red Seal licensed industrial electrician certification, with a Controls Technician Certificate considered a strong advantage. Key requirements include self-motivation, organization, multitasking, basic computer skills (programming an asset), and proficiency with power tools. Forklift and work-at-height training/certifications are needed or willingness to obtain them. You'll need high numeracy skills, record-keeping ability, mechanical inclination, problem-solving expertise, and the capacity to interpret process control data. Knowledge of Food Safety Systems like GMPs, CCPs, and oPRPs is crucial, along with physical capability to lift over 50lbs, stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, reach, and grasp. Proven attendance, urgency, and teamwork in safety-critical settings are non-negotiable.
