Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, your responsibilities will include performing scheduled preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment to ensure reliability and safety. You'll utilize industry-leading predictive diagnostic software to identify potential issues before they lead to downtime. Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this PepsiCo Fleet Mechanic role, candidates must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent GED and be a certified HET / 310T Journeyperson. A minimum of two years of hands-on experience with preventative maintenance on class 6/8 trucks and industrial equipment is required. You must provide your own professional tool set and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical fitness is key: be prepared to lift/carry/push/pull up to 100lbs and thrive in demanding conditions. Assets include experience with propane/electric forklifts, hydraulic liftgates, reefers, vans, pickups, agriculture equipment, welding, and electrical systems.
