Key Responsibilities

As a Full-time Merchandiser, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring PepsiCo products shine on store shelves. Your core duties include:

• Merchandising Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered equipment.
• Supporting execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are filled and promotional materials are maximized.
• Working collaboratively with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide top-quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts.
• Maintaining back-room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Rotating out expired products to ensure the freshness of Pepsi products.

These responsibilities demand strong organizational skills, physical stamina, and a customer-focused mindset, making every day varied and rewarding.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalence.
