Key Responsibilities

As a Full-time Merchandiser, your core duties focus on exceptional product presentation and store support:

• Merchandising Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered equipment to drive sales and visibility.
• Supporting execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are fully stocked and promotional materials are maximized for maximum impact.
• Working collaboratively with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to deliver top-quality servicing across all PepsiCo accounts.
• Maintaining back-room stock in a neat and orderly condition to streamline operations.
• Rotating out expired products to guarantee the freshness and quality of PepsiCo beverages for every customer.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalent.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to your own vehicle for reliable transportation.
• Physically fit, capable of lifting large items up to 50 lbs as part of routine duties.
