Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be the face of PepsiCo in retail environments, ensuring our products shine on shelves and in coolers. Key duties include:

• Merchandising Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered equipment.
• Supporting execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are filled and promotional materials are maximized.
• Working collaboratively with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide top-quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts.
• Maintaining back-room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Rotating out expired products to ensure the freshness of Pepsi products.

Expect a mix of independence and teamwork, with a focus on efficiency, organization, and customer-facing execution.

Daily Impact

Each shift, you’ll directly influence sales and customer satisfaction by creating eye-catching displays and keeping products accessible and fresh. This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to handle physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalence.
• Valid Class G driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
• Physical fitness to lift large items up to 50 lbs.
• Self-motivation, enjoyment of independent work, and excellent time management skills.

Additional assets (not required): Prior merchandising or customer service experience, or previous grocery store experience. Students from all programs are encouraged to apply—this is a flexible entry point into PepsiCo’s world.
