Key Responsibilities

As an Account Merchandiser, you’ll be the face of PepsiCo in local stores, executing tasks that drive brand visibility and customer satisfaction. Your daily duties include:

• Merchandising Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered equipment.
• Supporting execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are filled and promotional materials are maximized.
• Working collaboratively with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide top-quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts.
• Maintaining back-room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Rotating out expired products to ensure the freshness of Pepsi products.

These responsibilities demand strong organizational skills, physical stamina, and a proactive mindset to keep stores stocked and appealing.

Qualifications & Requirements

We’re looking for motivated individuals ready to roll up their sleeves. Essential qualifications include:

• High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalence. Students from all programs are welcome.
• Valid Class G driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
• Physical fitness to lift large items up to 50 lbs.
• Enjoyment of independent work with self-motivation and excellent time management skills.

Additional assets (not required): Prior merchandising or customer service experience, and previous grocery store experience. If you’re ambitious, strong, and a team player, this role is for you.
