Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you'll contribute directly to efficient production lines. Responsibilities include efficiently operating can and bottle line packing and labeling machines, as well as palletizers and pallet wrappers. You'll conduct daily quality testing and complete required paperwork accurately. Other duties involve loading raw materials onto production lines, safely operating lifting devices, maintaining an orderly and clean work area, and following team leader instructions with precision. Expect physical demands like lifting/carrying up to 50lbs and pushing/pulling up to 35lbs in a multi-temperature environment. Your role ensures products meet PepsiCo's high standards while upholding our commitment to safety and teamwork.

From startup to shutdown, you'll keep lines running smoothly, performing checks and adjustments to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
