The PepsiCo Beverages Millwright position in Delta, BC, is a full-time opportunity for certified professionals ready to tackle hands-on maintenance in a fast-paced production environment. Reporting to Maintenance Leadhands, Supervisors, and Department Managers, you'll ensure seamless operations by repairing, installing, and upgrading production equipment. This role demands graveyard or weekend shifts, offering a pay rate of $52.76 per hour plus applicable premiums like $0.95/hour for night shifts and $1/hour for Class 4 Boiler Certification. With physical demands including lifting up to 85 lbs and working in varied conditions, it's ideal for dedicated tradespeople passionate about industrial mechanics.

Conduct preventative maintenance and perform repairs on all production equipment to minimize downtime. Diagnose malfunctions, make adjustments, and inspect for optimal functioning. Repair building systems and handle changeovers on production lines efficiently.
Upgrade facility areas with new equipment and technology, partnering with outside contractors. Interact daily with computerized maintenance and parts programs to track inventory and schedules.
Execute all duties safely and productively, maintaining orderly work areas. Work collaboratively in a multi-department team environment, following directives from leadership.
Hold a valid Red Seal Millwright Certification and be a Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright or have completed an apprenticeship. Knowledge of machine control systems, safety controls, and troubleshooting is essential.
Ability to lift/carry 50-85 lbs, push/pull 50 lbs, and perform frequent standing, bending, twisting, crawling, kneeling, squatting, climbing, reaching, and grasping. Must have open availability for graveyard shifts (10pm-6am) or weekends, plus overtime. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Class 4 Power Engineer Certificate (PepsiCo covers training), experience in bottle/can line maintenance in food/packaged goods, proficiency with machine shop tools/welders, and ability to read layout drawings and manuals. Commitment to reducing environmental footprint is valued.
