The PepsiCo Beverages Sales Leadership Program in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, is designed to build the next generation of leaders in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector. This full-time, field-based role offers recent graduates a comprehensive entry into sales and leadership. Starting with hands-on field selling and merchandising, participants learn the business from the ground up. You'll sell and market PepsiCo's iconic beverages to retailers, execute displays, and hit sales targets. Progressing to frontline leadership, you'll manage teams of PepsiCo employees, preparing you for future people-leadership opportunities across PepsiCo Canada. In this role, you'll drive business growth through strategic sales and execution. Key responsibilities include utilizing problem-solving skills to boost volume, revenue, and profitability. Implement go-to-market strategies such as Direct Store Delivery, Warehouse Distribution, and Third Party Carriers. Work directly with retailers to execute sales plans, merchandise products, build advertising displays, manage inventory, and run promotional events. Leverage analytical skills for business reviews with decision-makers. Depending on location, lead a team of PepsiCo employees, fostering a winning, team-oriented environment.
