Key Responsibilities

As a Summer Student Account Merchandiser, you'll play a vital role in bringing Pepsi products to life in retail environments. Your core duties include:

• Merchandising Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered equipment to create eye-catching presentations.
• Supporting the execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are fully stocked and promotional materials are maximized for visibility and sales impact.
• Working collaboratively with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to deliver top-quality servicing across all Pepsi accounts.
• Maintaining back-room stock in a neat and orderly condition to streamline operations and efficiency.
• Rotating out expired products to guarantee the freshness and quality of Pepsi products on shelves.

These responsibilities demand strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a team-oriented mindset, turning every store visit into an opportunity to excel.

Qualifications & Requirements

We welcome students from all programs who meet these essential qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age, completing a High School Diploma or currently enrolled in a Professional studies Diploma/Degree program.
• Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license and have access to your own vehicle for independent travel to store locations.
• Physically fit, capable of lifting large items up to 50 lbs as part of daily merchandising tasks.
• Enjoy working independently, self-motivated with excellent time management skills.

Additional assets include prior merchandising or customer service experience, or previous grocery store experience, but these are not required. If you're ambitious, hardworking, and see challenges as opportunities, you're a great fit.
