Key Responsibilities

As a Production Worker, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our cans and bottles reach shelves efficiently. Core duties include:

• Efficiently operating can and bottle line packing and labeling machines to meet production targets.
• Managing palletizers and pallet wrappers for seamless end-of-line processes.
• Performing daily quality testing and accurately completing required paperwork.
• Loading raw materials onto production lines to maintain workflow.
• Safely operating lifting devices while adhering to precision instructions from team leaders.
• Keeping work areas orderly, clean, and compliant with safety protocols.

Flexibility is key—successful candidates adapt to various shifts in a multi-temperature environment, pushing/pulling up to 35lbs and lifting/carrying up to 50lbs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalence.
• Physical fitness to handle demanding tasks, including lifting 50lbs and working in varying temperatures.
