Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll take ownership of frontline supply chain leadership, ensuring operational excellence and team success. Core duties include:

• Applying theoretical and practical knowledge of operations, repair procedures, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to enhance facility equipment reliability.
• Executing the Annual Operating Plan for Production while meeting standards in safety, line utilization, and quality.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and costs, anticipating trends, and implementing corrections to achieve financial targets.
• Overseeing equipment reliability to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Building people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for frontline hourly personnel.
• Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, quality management programs like HACCP, GMP, and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
