The PepsiCo Beverages Supply Chain Leadership Program in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is designed to develop the next generation of frontline leaders in supply chain operations. This full-time, onsite program places you in a state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution facility, immersing you in day-to-day business operations. Starting with frontline team leadership, you'll motivate hourly teams, solve real-time problems, and remove barriers to 'win the shift.' Track critical KPIs to identify trends and lead projects that propel PepsiCo toward becoming a Faster, Stronger, and Better company. Available in multiple Canadian locations including Calgary, Vancouver, Moncton, and Montreal, this program offers a dynamic entry into PepsiCo's supply chain excellence.
In this role, you'll apply theoretical and practical knowledge to ensure facility equipment reliability through repair procedures, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. Execute the Annual Operating Plan for Production while achieving top standards in safety, line utilization, and quality. Monitor key performance indicators and costs, proactively correcting trends to safeguard financial targets. Oversee equipment to minimize downtime, build frontline hourly personnel capabilities via effective employee relations, training, and communication. Maintain strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations, quality management programs, HACCP, GMP, and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
Lead frontline teams to motivate performance, resolve issues swiftly, and foster a high-energy environment focused on operational wins.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2026. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential, alongside a demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people.
