Role Overview

The PepsiCo Breuvages Mécanicien(ne) Opérateur Souffleuse role, known in English as Bottle Blowing Mechanic Operator, is a critical position in our Saint-Laurent, Quebec facility. This full-time role operates on a 3x12 shift schedule, available Sunday-Wednesday or Saturday-Thursday, across day, evening, or night shifts. You'll be at the heart of our bottling operations, ensuring blow molders run smoothly to produce high-quality PET bottles. Combining mechanical expertise with operational precision, you'll maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to production efficiency in a fast-paced food and beverage manufacturing environment.

  • Operate, handle, and maintain blow molders during and outside production runs.
  • Analyze equipment breakdowns and participate in continuous improvement initiatives for production lines.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team on work planning, parts ordering, and centerline validation.
  • Maintain an organized parts department and clean, safe blow molder environment.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and support colleagues with mechanical skills on production lines.
  • Handle additional tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure operational success.

  • A DEC or DEP in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent technical diploma.
  • Proven autonomy, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
