The PepsiCo Canada HQ Supply Chain Co-op position for Summer 2026 offers university students a hands-on opportunity to dive into supply chain operations at world-class manufacturing facilities in Western Canada. Based out of Mississauga, Ontario, this 4-month term (May to August 2026) pays between $24.75 and $33 per hour. As a Co-op, you'll lead frontline teams in areas like Production, Quality, Maintenance, Sustainability, CTS Performance, Planning, Material Supply, Repack, Procurement, or Quality. This role is designed for second-year-plus students pursuing degrees in Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields, providing early leadership responsibility in a globally recognized organization.
Unlike traditional internships, this program thrusts you into real leadership roles where you'll manage teams, track KPIs, and drive improvements that impact PepsiCo's billion-dollar brands. Your work will be tangible—friends and family can literally taste the results of your contributions on store shelves.
In this Supply Chain Co-op role, you'll take ownership from day one. Expect to lead a team of frontline employees, navigating the challenges of a high-volume supply chain environment. Key duties include motivating your team to 'win the shift,' problem-solving on the floor, and removing barriers to efficiency. You'll monitor critical KPIs to spot trends and launch projects that advance PepsiCo's goals of becoming a Faster, Stronger, and Better company.
Sustainability and continuous improvement are core to PepsiCo's DNA, so your innovations will support long-term environmental and operational goals.
To thrive in this role, candidates must be available full-time from May to August 2026 and currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably second year or higher.
