  • Execute hands-on merchandising activities, including managing product placement on shelves, increasing shelf facings and racks, handling carton returns, inventory movement, and cleaning shelving and racks to maintain premium presentation standards.
  • Continuously identify evolving customer needs by reviewing performance data on highest-selling products, ensuring your route stays ahead of trends.
  • Develop all assigned accounts to achieve targets in sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and superior customer service.
  • Sell and execute national and local promotions, solicit placement of incremental marketing equipment like displays and racks, and manage product inventory to meet customer volume demands.

Qualifications & Requirements

To thrive in this role, candidates should bring a mix of practical skills, reliability, and enthusiasm for sales. PepsiCo seeks individuals who are organized, adaptable, and customer-focused.

  • Valid full G or Class 5 driver’s license with a clear/clean driving record.
  • Reliable car or consistent access to a vehicle for route coverage.
  • Scheduling flexibility, including availability for weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Previous sales experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or retail organizations is preferred.
