As a PepsiCo Breuvages Sales Representative in the Haut-du-Lac region (including Roberval, Dolbeau, Normandin, Mistissini, and surrounding areas), you'll be the face of PepsiCo in key retail accounts around Chicoutimi, Quebec. This full-time role blends hands-on merchandising, sales growth, promotional activations, and client relationship management. You'll drive performance for PepsiCo's beverage portfolio, ensuring maximum visibility, freshness, and sales impact. Ideal for motivated individuals passionate about consumer goods, this position offers a dynamic territory covering vibrant communities in Quebec's Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region.
Perform comprehensive merchandising of PepsiCo products using manual or motorized equipment. Stock shelves, racks, refrigerators, and displays; build eye-catching endcaps to boost visibility and sales. Maintain backroom organization, rotate stock for freshness, and support promotions by ensuring shelves are fully stocked to brand standards.
Grow assigned accounts to hit sales targets, market share, distribution, and customer service goals. Expand volume and profitability by highlighting innovations and closing deals that strengthen PepsiCo's presence.
Deploy national and local campaigns, leveraging marketing materials for maximum sales lift. Ensure promotional displays and POS materials are perfectly placed and visible in stores.
Deliver exceptional service to build lasting client partnerships. Collaborate closely with delivery and merchandising teams for seamless execution.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, or equivalent. 1-2 years in direct sales is an asset, though comprehensive training is provided for strong performers. Preference for foodservice or consumer products experience. Key traits include proven negotiation skills, stellar customer service, analytical and organizational abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Suite, a valid driver's license with personal vehicle, and physical capability for lifting and building displays. French proficiency is essential for this Quebec-based role.
