As a PepsiCo Sales Representative Trainee (Breuvages) in Saint-Laurent, Quebec, you will cover the Greater Montreal territory, including Rive-Nord (Laval, Blainville, Terrebonne, Prévost) and Rive-Sud (Longueuil, Brossard, Boucherville). This entry-level sales role offers training for motivated candidates, focusing on promoting beverages, driving sales growth, and building client relationships in the dynamic food and beverage sector. Ideal for those passionate about sales, customer service, and iconic brands.
Promote and execute local and national campaigns to meet sales targets, market share, product distribution, and customer service goals. Utilize marketing materials to stimulate sales volume and profitability.
Deliver exceptional service to assigned accounts, fostering goodwill and long-term partnerships. Develop your sales territory by highlighting innovations and ensuring optimal product placement.
Merchandise product sections, create eye-catching displays to boost sales, and work closely with PBC delivery services for efficient operations. Perform physical tasks associated with building displays.
A Bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing, or equivalent is required. 1-2 years in direct sales is an asset, but comprehensive training is provided for competent candidates. Preference for experience in food service or consumer products.
Demonstrated negotiation skills, strong customer service orientation, analytical and organizational abilities. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and physical capability for job demands.
